Mounds of wild stinging nettle collected over the wet wintery months, with its earthy peppery bright green tea vibes - fermented with hot green and yellow roasted chillies - local Native Dorrigo Pepper, and left alone for 2 months to create fermented flavour magic.
The spectacular taste reigns supreme - like a spicy salsa verde, rich and full bodied, bright and fresh - an absolute all time favourite!
