We're a family business and aim to send out all our orders out in a timely manner.

Sometimes, there might be a delay. If there is we’ll get in touch.

Click ‘Pick Up’ as your checkout option and we’ll have it ready almost immediately.

You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready on the same email you placed your order, double check your junk inbox in case it hides in there.

Orders over $29. 

We will endeavour to send out local delivery daily but please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order. Your order will be delivered by a member of the Herbert's team and left in a safe place unless otherwise noted.

*POSTAGE*

We endeavour to ship your purchase within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. If you place your order on the weekend, we will post it at the beginning of the following week.

Delivery times may vary as they are out of our hands, but we only work with reliable couriers so your purchase should arrive within 5-7 days. We ship directly from our shopfront in Frankston

All orders are processed as quickly as we can.

Shipping costs include all postage and handling charges as well as any applicable tax.

We prefer to ship our orders via Couriers Please or Australia Post

Flat rate shipping

  • Australia ONLY: $15
  • Express within Australia: $25


Shipping within Australia

Our website operates like most others - no surprises. All items on the website showing an Add to Cart button are in stock and are ready to ship but sometimes there might be crossed wires and we will get in touch ASAP if there are any issues with your purchase.

If an item is out of stock, simply email us at getintouch@herbertscornerstore.com.au and we'll let you know when it will be ready to order again. 

Unfortunately Herbert's Corner Store is not responsible for missing parcels once they have been delivered by the courier or Australia Post or Sendle. Items will be "left in a safe place" if you are not home at the time of your delivery.

Free shipping does not apply to returns.

If you are in close vicinity to our brick and mortar store, you may choose to 'Click & Collect' your online purchase/s from us in-store the next day at 55 Kareela Road, Frankston
